Conveyancing - Domestic & Commercial

Domestic Conveyancing

We specialise in residential conveyancing and can help to guide you through the confusion and complexity involved in buying and selling your house.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have decided to embark upon these
transactions. We can then give you independent advice in connection with Home Information Packs (HIPs), surveys and valuations, mortgages, deposits, estate agents and a number of other features that you will need to know.

We shall guide you through the steps that will be involved, from the initial stages of preparing a Home Information Pack to enable you to put your property on the market, to completing the transaction on the date when you move into your new home. Thereafter, we shall deal with all the necessary formalities including stamp duty land tax, registration of your title, giving notice of the transfer in the case of leasehold properties, dealing with the issue of a new share certificate where a management company is involves and generally ensuring that all the necessary procedures have been complied with on your behalf.

Commercial Conveyancing

For our business clients our service extends to the sale and purchase of business premises, which would normally include offices, shops, factories, warehouses and so on. This may also involve granting to a Tenant or taking from a Landlord a Lease of commercial premises and assistance in the very complex procedures concerning renewal, rent reviews, dilapidations and the many obligations normally taken on by a Tenant of business premises.
